"When will my order arrive?"
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. You can find our current estimates on our Shipping Page. Please note that transit times are managed by the carrier and are not grounds for a refund.
"What if my order is delayed?"
While rare, delays can happen due to weather, customs, or peak seasonal volumes. If your tracking hasn't updated in 14 business days, please reach out to us at [Email] and we will open an investigation with the carrier for you.
"Can I get a refund if my order doesn't arrive by a specific date?"
We do not offer refunds for shipping delays. We encourage ordering well in advance for special occasions or gifts.
Returns & Refunds
"My item arrived damaged. What should I do?"
We take great care in our packaging, but if the post was a bit rough, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll make it right!
