Our streamlined process is designed to give you peace of mind while we bring your vision to life:

  1. Personalize Your Details: Immediately after checkout, you will receive a confirmation email containing a secure link. This is where you’ll share your custom text and event details with us.

  2. Review Your Preview: Within a few business days, we will send a digital preview of your stationery to your inbox. This allows you to see the typography and layout exactly as they will appear.

  3. Approval & Printing: Once you give us the final "green light," your order is sent to the press. We will provide an updated timeline at this stage so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.


Timing Your Order

To maintain our high standards of craftsmanship and sustainability, please allow 2 weeks for production, which includes the time for design adjustments and approval.

  • Pro Tip: We recommend placing your order at least 6 weeks prior to your event (or when you plan to mail them). This ensures plenty of breathing room for our intentional production process and standard shipping times.
